About Us
BCM
BCM’s mission is to provide quality, compassionate support to people at their point of need. We are a registered charity who seek to help people change their own lives, offering hope in spaces marked by isolation and despair. Our support services range right through from the youngest to our eldest. Our ‘mission’ is one inspired by Christian values, delivered to all irrespective of beliefs.
Over the last 136 years in Belfast and beyond, our work to alleviate poverty and promote the voices of those in the margins. Throughout that time, countless lives have been changed, and our heart for those that experience poverty and exclusion has remained at the forefront of everything we do.

BCM works in various community settings, extending across Northern Ireland. We work alongside people to help them get the basics in life sorted, e.g. their homes, their family life, or being able to afford the basics in life.
